Ashton Oates

Ashton joined TPR Property Group in 2022, starting in Property Management administration. Through her dedication and hard work, Ashton has since progressed in the TPR Property Management team and earned the promotion to Property Portfolio Manager. During this time, Ashton also obtained her Property Representative Licence and completed her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, further strengthening her knowledge and commitment to the industry.

Known for her approachable nature and enthusiastic attitude, Ashton takes pride in building positive relationships and delivering service that meets the unique needs of clients and tenants. A lifelong local of the Huon Valley, she brings insight and a strong connection to the community, supporting clients with care and confidence.

With experience in retail and as a relief teacher assistant, Ashton has excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of customer care. She is motivated by helping others and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.

Outside of work, Ashton enjoys spending time with her partner, family, and friends.

Ashton continues to grow her knowledge of property management and is committed to building a long term career in the industry.
