Ashton Oates

Ashton joined TPR Property Group in 2022 starting in an administration role, showcasing her potential, she earned a promotion to Property Management Assistant in 2023. Known for her friendly and enthusiastic approach, Ashton thrives on connecting with people and delivering exceptional service tailored to clients’ needs.

With a background in retail and experience as a relief teacher assistant at a local school, Ashton brings a deep understanding of customer service and the importance of supporting others.

Outside of work, Ashton enjoys spending time with her family and plays netball for the Huon Valley Netball Association.

Ashton is currently undertaking study for her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
