What would I have done without you Cath? You have provided me with a level of support that has been exceptional, giving me guidance about all things ‘tenants-wise” and several times going over and above what I would have expected in certain situations. I don’t have to hand the precise number of days vacant over the past four years, but you ensures that my property was tenanted when I needed it to be, and whilst we had a few times when we each were challenged by a specific tenant requests, you handled everything with apparent ease. We had some laughs too!. On the more transactional side of things, you presented me with monthly statements always on time, and always correct in content. I knew that I could rely on you to deliver extra information when on some occasions, I needed to request specific pieces of data e.g. special owner obligations from CBOS (Consumer, Building and Occupational Services). You helped to keep me ‘legal!’. Apart from your professionalism throughout our contract, you always showed great warmth to me, and made it much easier for me, up here in Sydney, knowing that my property was in very good hands.
