About Mollie
Born and raised in the Huon Valley, Mollie started out as an Assistant Director in early childhood education before finding her passion for real estate. Her background in early childhood has equipped her with invaluable skills that enhance her work in property management—strong interpersonal communication, the ability to remain calm and solution focused under pressure, exceptional organisation, and a natural talent for building trust and rapport. These strengths, combined with her warm, people focused approach, make her a reassuring and reliable presence for clients.
After gaining her Property Representative Licence in 2025, Mollie has brought a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to client care to the team. She is dedicated to supporting clients through every step of their property journey and takes pride in creating positive, stress free experiences.
Outside of work, Mollie enjoys life with her two children, staying connected with family and friends, trying out new cafés and restaurants, reading a good book, and getting out for regular walks.
